8.8 HA of gorgeous indigenous forest, adjoining the Harkeville state forest, with good access off the new airport road. There is another access on the southern boundary.
The property has not been developed at all, other than a few timber tracks through the land. This is a very good borehole area, so drilling for water would be suggested. However there is a little run off stream on the property that will flow during the rainy season.
One has to be selective in choosing a site to build being careful to only remove the blackwoods and other alien trees. The Natural indigenous forest is protected and attracts a colourful variety of bird life, including the very shy Nerina Trogan!
