About Ian Carr

Ian has over 25 Years’ experience in banking and private equity through several Senior Management roles in the SA financial sector and was also a Co-founder and Director of a Broad Based Black Economic Empowered Asset Management Company and a Financial Advisory Business. His most recent roles in the Banking Sector were as a senior executive within the HSBC Africa Business in his capacity as HSBC'S Managing Director, Acting CEO and Head of Global Banking (Corporate and Investment Banking) for Africa. Ian has joined Choice properties as an Investor and Partner in the business to concentrate on his passion for the real estate sector and to assist in building out the Choice Brand and Coverage
