The Honey Bush Journey:
• Seedlings start their journey in the nursery before being planted and left to grow in the fields. Eighteen months later they are harvested, dried and the leaves are packed to bring to the public unfermented herbal green tea, that is rich in antioxidants, low in tannin’s, and completely caffeine free. There are 2 main harvests per year, with small pickings in-between. Approximately 100 tons per year.

• The farm is proudly organic in its production, does not use pesticides or chemicals. Rainwater is used for irrigation and the farm has installed solar panels to provide electricity. This has been done to ensure that the farm remains as much off the grid as possible and self-sustaining.
